ANNEALING & SOLDERING
We use state-of-the-art soldering techniques to solder all of our mass production. Our products have the finest quality finish because we use a nitrogen/ammonia, atmosphere-free oven; this process eliminates firescale that can result from traditional soldering methods--that means no oxidants or contaminants to ruin the finish on your products. Its the cleanest soldering process around. No firescale results because your products are exposed only to heat and not to the harsh properties of fire or the gases used for soldering. And, the variable speeds at which our oven can operate drastically reduce the turn-around times on even the smallest orders.
BLANKING, DOMING, PIERCING & STAMPING
We have a variety of industrial presses for all your fabrication needs. Applications can vary from blanking out discs, stars, or virtually any flat, geometric shape. We can also stamp various artistic designs onto your piece and dome them which adds a three-dimesional shaping to your item. In addition, we can easily pierce holes into your piece with our presses. We are the ideal choice for high-volume blanking, stamping, doming, and piercing. And our well trained production staff lends itself to un-paralleled consistency and uniformity from one piece to the next and a resulting optimal waste-per-piece ratio. Call us about your particular application.
BUFFING & TUMBLING
We can hand-finish or buff your individual items. This type of handling adds greater refinement to the finishing process and exercises a greater level of control on the appearance of your item. Buffing is recommended for low or small quantities. When we individually buff your piece, a smoother finish is achieved, removing fine lines, scratches, and mars on your item--it's a slower process than tumbling, but the final result looks better by far and justifies the higher cost.
If hand-finishing or buffing is not what you had in mind, we can tumble your product as well. This process is used for a more general finish on larger quantities. Tumbling is good for smaller, rounded or domed shapes, as the tumbling media tends to ding flat pieces. Tumbling is also a good first step in the finishing process: tumble, then hand finish or buff for a higher quality finish and appearance. Larger pieces can be tumbled as well, but hand-finishing or buffing is the preferred method for larger items.
CUTTING
There's no cutting job too large or too small for us. Whether you purchase it from us or you supply the tubing yourself, we can cut it for you in any number of sizes and lengths (standard or custom). Sterling silver, gold-filled (precious and non-precious), we can do it for you.
DRILL PRESS
Our drill-press services are quite useful. No matter what your piece, conchos or blanks, we can drill any number of holes according to your application: centered, offset, all around the edges, basically any where on the piece.
INLAY
Think of us first when you need first-quality inlay services. Our experienced inlayers will produce beautiful work every time, working with turquoise, coral, onyx, or any other semi-precious stone.
SPRUING
Spruing refers to the removal of the waste material that is left in the opening through which moltem metal (silver, gold, etc.) was poured into a mold; the excess material that is left in this opening after casting is called the spru. Spruing is an additional service and is not included in the casting process. Let us take on the burdensome and time-consuming process of spruing your pieces.
STONE SETTING
Expert stone setting is one of our specialties. You can place your trust in us; we take extra special care to preserve the quality of your stones and settings. Rings, prong settings, preformed and hand-made bezel cups all come out great with the care, time, and effort we put into our work when setting your precious and semi-precious stones.
